We’re back online! 🎉

We’re happy to let you know that mobile and online banking services have been restored and are now available.

And honestly, we know this one was frustrating. We’re sorry. We know you count on us to give you reliable access to your money and accounts and being unable to use mobile or online banking was a major inconvenience.

As previously communicated, the disruption was caused by an issue with our core technology provider. Their teams have worked to restore the affected services, and you can now access mobile and online banking again.

We sincerely apologize for the disruption and for the frustration it caused. We know your trust isn’t something we take for granted, and we’re grateful for your patience while services were being restored.

Mobile and Online Banking Update: We want to share the latest information regarding our current system outage. While we do not have an exact timeframe for full restoration yet, we now know what caused the issue.

Our core technology provider is experiencing a service disruption due to a cooling failure at the third-party data center that hosts their systems. Because of this, mobile banking and online banking are temporarily unavailable.

Please rest assured that this is strictly a service availability issue, not a security incident. There has been no data breach or unauthorized access to any member data.

The provider's teams are working around the clock to restore services as quickly and safely as possible. We understand how important these services are to your daily life, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption.

In the meantime, you are more than welcome to call us directly at (920) 921-1123 for balance information and account transfers, or you can stop by our lobby to speak with us in person. We truly appreciate your patience while we work through this!
