Public Wi-Fi can be convenient when you’re traveling, grabbing coffee, or waiting for an appointment. Before you connect, think about what you plan to do online.

This Cybersecurity Awareness Month, be sure to:

🔐 Check: Confirm the correct network name before connecting.
🔐 Choose: Use cellular data for banking, purchases, or anything involving sensitive information.
🔐 Control: Turn off automatic Wi-Fi connections so your device doesn’t join networks on its own.
🔐 Clean up: Remove the public network from your saved connections when you’re finished.

Browsing on public Wi-Fi is one thing. When you’re handling personal or financial information, wait for a network you trust or use cellular data instead.
