Did you know a buyer can be pre-approved and still not be fully ready to close?

Here are 3 things that can still derail a deal after pre-approval:

📊 Debt changes – Opening new credit cards or buying a vehicle before closing can change debt-to-income ratios.
💰 Large bank deposits – Lenders must source large deposits, so cash deposits without documentation can slow things down.
💼 Employment changes – Switching jobs during the loan process can require the loan to be re-evaluated.

This is why working with a loan officer who communicates with both you and the buyer throughout the process is so important.
