I’m here to share some good news for our industry today. Freddie Mac has updated their guidelines to adhere to the NAR settlement.

They just released an announcement with new guidance that will allow a seller to contribute to a buyer agent’s commission WITHOUT it counting against max seller contributions.

I am sure the rest of the loan programs will follow.
