Reflecting on the evolution of our Home Service division... 🚀
When Jason Richardson stepped into this role, the goal wasn't just to grow—it was to build a sustainable, highly profitable, and scalable business model. Looking at where we started versus where we stand today, the results speak for themselves:
📈 +98% New Business Premium — Sold nearly double the new business premium last year compared to 2014. 🎯 +14% Margin Optimization — Shifted our product mix directly toward our most profitable lines. 🗺️ 8 States ➡️ 21 States — Expanded our footprint into 13 new markets. 👥 Exponential Network Expansion — Scaled our agent network to support unprecedented multi-state demand.
The biggest shift wasn't just in raw numbers—it was changing how we grow. By focusing on smart geographic expansion and prioritizing high-yield products, we’ve built a foundation designed for long-term success.
Huge thank you to our phenomenal agents, leaders, and team members who made this transformation possible. We're just getting started!
