🎉 What a wonderful week at the Mississippi South Senior Camp! We enjoyed great fun, lasting friendships, and plenty of reasons to celebrate.

During our closing Sock Hop, we had the privilege of honoring a very special volunteer, member, and friend. Community Outreach Advisor Kristy White presented the Fraternal Spirit Award to Jeff Davis, recognizing his outstanding participation, unwavering support of our chapters, and the positive impact he makes in communities throughout the year.

Jeff is a familiar face at chapter events and projects, always willing to lend a helping hand. As the husband of our Regional Director, Lisa Davis, he embodies the spirit of service and dedication that makes WoodmenLife so special. His commitment to supporting WoodmenLife every step of the way does not go unnoticed.

Congratulations, Jeff, on this well-deserved honor! Thank you for all you do. 👏💙

🎤🎶 Rockin' around the clock!

The grand finale of Mississippi South Senior Camp transported everyone back to the fabulous 1950s for an unforgettable Sock Hop celebration. Campers embraced the theme with poodle skirts, leather jackets, and plenty of vintage style.

The festivities kicked off with classic diner favorites and an ice cream sundae bar before the dance floor came alive with timeless hits from the '50s and '60s. The fun didn't stop there! Campers competed in hula hoop, bubble gum blowing, hand jive, yo-yo, and costume contests, bringing lots of laughter and friendly competition to the evening.

What a fantastic way to end camp! The smiles, memories, and fun-filled moments will be talked about for years to come.

☀️ Another great day at Mississippi South Senior Camp 2026!

Day two brought a little bit of everything, from recognition and fun to creativity and tradition. Campers began the day by attending the Regional Sales Meeting and Awards before taking part in a spirited game hosted by the Pink Ladies of Chapter 330 Philadelphia.

With pool noodles swinging and a beach ball flying, the sales team battled the members in a lively showdown. In the end, the members celebrated a hard-earned victory!

The afternoon featured patriotic door hanger crafts and, of course, a serving of everyone's favorite camp snack, boiled peanuts. Before long, campers were off to get ready for an exciting evening at the Sock Hop.

🎉 Mississippi South Senior Camp 2026 was a tremendous success!

One of the most anticipated events of the year lived up to the excitement, with a record number of participants coming together for fun, fellowship, and unforgettable memories.

The festivities kicked off on the first evening with a "Happy Birthday America" celebration featuring an old-fashioned BBQ, patriotic red, white, and blue décor, and exciting games with prizes. Participants enjoyed delicious food, reconnecting with friends, and creating new friendships along the way.

A special thank you to all of the dedicated volunteers who helped make the evening such a success. We especially appreciate Regional Director Lisa Davis for warmly welcoming the group and Sales Representative Eddie Jenkins for keeping everyone entertained as he led the games.

It was truly a wonderful night and the perfect start to an amazing camp experience. ❤️

Great things happen when people work together!

Congratulations to Chapter 63 Ocean Springs and Chapter 1446 Gulfport for being recognized with the 2026 WoodmenLife Mississippi South Project of the Year Award.

The two chapters joined forces to host a booth at the Tunnels to Towers event in Biloxi, creating a fun and engaging experience for attendees. Volunteers utilized the event trailer to showcase college football, provided popsicles and goody bags for children, and raffled a custom-made fire pit, with proceeds benefiting the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.

This project is a wonderful example of how combining resources, talents, and teamwork can make an even greater impact in our communities. Congratulations to all the members of both chapters on this well-deserved recognition!
