The Unemployment Rate surprisingly dropped from 3.7 to 3.5 which is the lowest since 1969. Stocks and Mortgage Bonds are both higher following the release of the Jobs Report. What does this mean for you?

Mortgage rates are bouncing back in the past couple of weeks and are expected to continue to improve. That said many people are predicting a potential recession in the near future so strike while the iron is hot. Remember the Fed is expecting to have a rate cut coming up as well. As 30-year fixed-rate mortgages dropped to their lowest since September 13, 2017, nearly 6 million mortgage borrowers can benefit from refinancing into a lower rate — including some 950,000 people who got their mortgage last year, according to analytics firm Black Knight.
