Getting out of the office is one of the best ways to learn about the people we serve!
This week, Melissia Altman, Tina Deas, and Kaitlin Gaster joined Relationship Manager Baker Myers on a ride-along to visit customers across the area. They had the opportunity to see firsthand the dedication and hard work that drive local farming operations, learn more about our members' businesses, and put faces to the names of customers they work with every day.
We're grateful for opportunities like these that help us strengthen relationships and gain a deeper appreciation for the communities we serve.

Thank you to everyone who attended our AgAware Educational Workshop on August 11!
This program is designed to support young, beginning, and small farmers by providing practical education on farm financials, business planning, risk management, financing, and available agricultural resources.
A special thank you to Matt and Jessica from the Farm Service Agency for joining us and sharing valuable information about FSA programs and resources available to help farmers succeed.
We're proud to help equip farmers with tools for success and look forward to continuing these valuable learning opportunities.
