If you haven't reviewed your homeowners insurance in a while, now is a great time to do it.

Replacement Cost Value (RCV) is the amount it would cost to rebuild your home with similar materials and quality if it were destroyed by a covered loss. It's not the same as your home's market value or what you originally paid for it.

With the cost of labor and building materials continuing to change, it's important to make sure your home's Replacement Cost Value is still adequate. If it's too low, you could find yourself underinsured when you need your coverage the most.

A quick policy review can help ensure your coverage reflects your home's current rebuilding costs and any updates or improvements you've made over the years.
