Saturday morning yoga at The Windmill Winery… followed by gelato. I mean, that's pretty hard to beat!!
I've gone to Jordan's yoga class a few times now and I genuinely love it. It's gentle, easy to follow, and you absolutely do NOT have to be a yoga expert or super flexible to do it.
You move. You stretch. You breathe. And with some of the health stuff I've been working through lately, it's been really nice finding movement that simply feels good.
But I think my favorite part might be the whole experience.
You're at The Windmill Winery here in Florence, surrounded by other people taking an hour to do something good for themselves, there's gelato afterward… and every once in a while you might even get a little buddy who comes over to help roll up your yoga mat. 😂❤️

Fitness doesn't always have to mean pushing yourself as hard as you can.

Sometimes it's movement. Sometimes it's community. Sometimes it's therapy. And apparently sometimes it's yoga + gelato. 😂😂😂😂

Jordan is working on growing her yoga classes, so I'm giving her a shameless plug because I really think more people would enjoy this.

This was such a sweet surprise!!

Last Christmas, we had the opportunity to be part of Florence PD's Shop With a Hero event. We sponsored the gift-wrapping station and spent the day wrapping presents the kids picked out with their heroes.

And honestly... it was AWESOME!!!

We weren't expecting anything in return, so receiving this plaque from the Florence Police Department meant so much to us.

Thank you for allowing our team to be a small part of something so special for local kids and families. These are the days that remind us why we love being involved in this community.

And yes... if you need us at the wrapping station again this Christmas, we're IN. 😂

And thank you to the mystery officer that dropped this off, would have loved to thank you in person but maybe next time. Town of Florence Police Department Town of Florence (Government)

Someone has a green thumb!!!! Take a look at this beautiful pumpkin!!! Remember the seedling giveaways we had in June? This is one of them! Scott sent an update of his pumpkin and its doing great!!! Isn't it GORGEOUS!?!?!

For us here at the office.. I'll post pictures at some point. Let's just say.. we did our best and only the strong survived. There was 2 strong ones. 🤣
