As an Account Manager at the Michael Noe Agency, Laurie is dedicated to helping clients and providing the dependable service they deserve. Her commitment to building relationships and supporting others makes her a valued member of our team.

When she's not assisting clients, Laurie enjoys spending time with her three daughters and four grandchildren, working in her garden, and relaxing with a cross-stitch project. She also loves traveling with her grandchildren and making lasting memories together.

For more than 20 years, Hayley has been helping individuals and families navigate the world of insurance. What she enjoys most isn’t just writing policies—it’s building relationships with her clients, getting to know their stories, and helping them feel confident that the people and things they value most are protected.

When she’s not in the office, Hayley’s favorite role is being a mom to her two amazing children. Whether she’s cheering from the stands for her favorite ball player or unwinding with a good book, she treasures every moment spent with the people she loves.

Hayley’s caring heart, years of experience, and genuine desire to help others make her an incredible part of our team. She considers it a privilege to serve our community and help clients prepare for life’s unexpected moments with confidence and peace of mind.

Week 3 of “Meet Our Team”

🌟 Meet Marilyn! 🌟

If you’ve ever stopped by our office, chances are you’ve been greeted by Marilyn’s warm smile and caring heart.

A lifelong resident of the Florence area, Marilyn has always believed that community is about more than where you live—it’s about the people you serve. As the oldest of five siblings, she learned the importance of family, hard work, and building lasting relationships, values that have stayed with her throughout her life.

Family is Marilyn’s greatest joy. She’s the proud mother of two daughters, grandmother to four grandsons and one granddaughter, and great-grandmother to three wonderful great-grandchildren. She also has a special love for Disney, where creating magical memories and sharing a little “Pixie Dust” with her family has become a treasured tradition.

Marilyn has been helping families protect what matters most since 1997. Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance, she brings nearly 30 years of experience, compassion, and knowledge to every conversation. For Marilyn, insurance has never been just about policies—it’s about people. She genuinely enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them find the right protection for every stage of life.

She often says that if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life, and anyone who knows Marilyn can see that’s exactly how she feels. Her faith, dedication to serving others, and commitment to lifelong learning make her an incredible asset to our team and our community.

Week 2 of “Meet Our Team”

Meet Garrett Young, our Office Manager at our Northport location!

Garrett is 34 years old and is married to his wife, Jessica. Together they’re raising four wonderful children—Riley, Madison, Levi, and Noah—who definitely keep life exciting!

As the son of an Air Force family, Garrett had the opportunity to live in different places growing up, though he spent most of his childhood in the Montgomery area. He later graduated from high school in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Outside of the office, Garrett enjoys spending quality time with his family, serving and staying involved at St. Herman Orthodox Church in Northport, and listening to classic country music—especially hits from the ‘90s and earlier. While he jokes that having four kids has replaced most of his hobbies, he wouldn’t have it any other way.

Garrett is dedicated to helping our clients and making sure our Northport office runs smoothly. We’re grateful to have him as part of the Michael Noe Agency family!

Kara is one of our dedicated Farm & Commercial Insurance Agents and has been helping clients protect what matters most since 2014. Before her insurance career, she proudly served our country in the U.S. Army for eight years, where she developed the values of service, integrity, and commitment that continue to guide her every day.

As a wife, mom of three daughters, and trusted insurance professional, Kara enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients and helping farmers, business owners, and families find the right coverage for their unique needs. She loves giving people the confidence and peace of mind that comes from knowing they’re protected.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find Kara spending time with her family, fishing, reading, or enjoying the outdoors. Her passion for serving others extends beyond insurance, and she takes great pride in supporting her community and helping people prepare for whatever life brings.
