This isn’t a back-office job. You’ll work directly with executive leadership, influence strategic decisions, and build smarter, stronger financial processes—without sacrificing work-life balance.
What You’ll Own:
• Financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Call Reports + regulatory compliance (GAAP, FDIC/FRB)
• General ledger, reconciliations, and close process
• Internal controls + audit readiness
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• ALCO support + balance sheet strategy
• Leadership and development of the accounting team
• Process improvements that actually move the needle
What You Bring:
• Accounting/Finance degree (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years experience (banking/financial services strongly preferred)
• Deep understanding of GAAP + regulatory reporting
• Call Report and exam experience
• Proven leadership ability
• Advanced Excel + systems expertise
