Our 2026 Annual Meeting was last week! We had agents fly in from all over - New York to Hawaii - for a powerful week focused on preparation, connection, and purpose. Guided by our Mission Ready theme, we leaned into leadership, alignment, and what it means to show up ready for what’s ahead.

We were honored to welcome Keni Thomas, former U.S. Army Ranger, motivational speaker, and musician, whose message on resilience and leadership — paired with a live song performance — made a lasting impact!

From celebrating wins at our Awards Ceremony to agent team-building at the escape room, the week reinforced the value of shared experiences. We were also grateful to have special guests from NTEU join us!
