August is Family Fun Month, and Florence has more free fun than most people realize!

The museum downtown doesn't charge admission. Veterans Park has a scavenger hunt you can print off before you go. Timrod has the playground and the shade. And there are 20 Palkovich sculptures scattered across the county if you want to make a day of finding them!

No tickets, no reservations, no admission. Just a Saturday.
