📢 We're Hiring: Operations Manager 🏘️

Are you organized, proactive, and great with people? We're looking for an Operations Manager to help oversee our growing portfolio of residential properties. If you love solving problems, staying on top of details, and keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

What you'll do:
✅ Manage tenant relationships
✅ Oversee leasing, move-ins, and renewals
✅ Coordinate maintenance and repairs
✅ Collect rent and manage property budgets
✅ Keep properties in great shape & compliant

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience in property management
✔️ Strong communication & organizational skills
✔️ Familiar with property management software (like RentRedi)
✔️ Bonus if you have a real estate license or relevant certification

📍 Florence, AL
🕒 Part-time for now, but potential to be full-time | Competitive pay
