That buyers do not have to treat buyers agent compensation as Concessions.

Franny May and Freddie Mac updated their policy so now when the buyers purchase a home, the commission will be rolled into the mortgage and paid overtime by the buyer.

Midas on Pearson and Linden Road 
I took my wife vehicle to Midas and 
One of the mechanics came out and told me they could not find what the reason was wrong with the car, and why it was making the clunking noise I said, OK, but Then the owners came out, and ask me what was going on with the car, now mind you I did not know he was one of the owners. I explained to him what was wrong with the vehicle and he said we will find the problem. He took the car out and drove it himself. He heard the noise in the front end of the jeep, so we took it back to the shop and he had a team of mechanics to figure out where the problem and the noise was coming from, they figured out what the problem was looked at it and let me know. This was Midas on Pearson and Linden Road. Every time I come here I get a great experience, they’re professional and courteous, and they do an awesome job.

Well Fellow Realtors here we are, the agreement and settlement has been made with NAR , how will you now structure your deal? if you are a buyers agent, would you want the listing agent to be in control and dictate your commission?  or would you rather have control and get out there and list your own buyers and make your commission from the door?. or would you do a concession and hopefully it will appraise to collect your commission from the title company?  you’re a mini ways. You may structure your deal but remember always have control of your clients and commission.  I believe the time has come for us as agents to now take control of what we do. This is a beautiful thing you would now see the ones who’s doing it strong stay in the business and the ones who are pretenders drop off.
