📢Truth - Pre-Qualification and Pre-Approval are NOT❌ the same, and understanding the difference is key 🔑 when buying a home.🏠
✅Pre-Qualification = A quick estimate based on basic financial details (income, debts, etc. ). Great for budgeting but doesn't hold much weight with sellers.
