Help me congratulate this wonderful family on their first ever home purchase! 🎉

This one is near and dear to my heart because we were able to qualify them for a First Generation Homebuyer grant through HomeBoost, giving them a $20,000 grant to help with their purchase! They both worked hard to make this happen and I’m so excited as they start their new journey of home ownership!

Opportunities like this make me truly grateful to be part of the homebuying process!

What a way to kick off May! 🎉

8 closings this week! And every one of them had a different story.

🏡 3 first-time homebuyers officially became homeowners.
💳 Some used equity to consolidate debt.
🔨 Others tapped into their home’s value for renovations and upgrades.
🏘️ One took the next step toward building wealth through an investment property.

One of my favorite parts of this job is seeing how home financing can help people accomplish so many different goals. Not just buying a house, but creating opportunities and financial freedom.
