Jeff Lentz, Multi-Site Branch Leader at our Blandon and Oley Branches, celebrated his one year this month!

💙 When asked what he loves most about his job, he says: “When you help a customer and the look on their face shows that they really appreciated the assistance.”

🐄 Jeff’s favorite memory over the last year? “Working the Oley Valley Community Fair and the Oley Valley Elementary School Trunk or Treat!” He is looking forward to seeing many community members and customers at this year’s upcoming Oley Fair from Thursday, September 17 – Saturday, September 19.

🗨️ Best advice he’s ever been given? “Don’t stress, be yourself, and don’t worry about mistakes. We all make them and learn from them.”

📈 In the past year, Jeff has “learned to be humble and appreciate his career more.”

❗If Jeff wasn’t in banking, he’d probably be a counselor.

❗Don't let your chances of identity theft pile up; gather your documents and join us for this FREE event on Saturday, September 12 from 9 - 11 AM at our Blandon Branch.

🕵🏼‍♀️ : The Federal Trade Commission and similar agencies logged around 1.36 million official identity theft complaints in 2025, with Pennsylvania ranked 18th in the U.S. for identity theft risk last year.

💰 While this service is free and available to all throughout our community, any monetary donations received at this event will be donated to the Blandon Fire Department.

♻️ Last year, over 2 tons of paper were shredded, saving over 14,000 gallons of water, 34 trees, and 6 cubic yards of landfill space.

We’re excited to be partnering with Berks Encore again next month for a FREE fraud awareness seminar (Fighting Fraud: Strategies For Scam Prevention - A Free Seminar) on Thursday, September 10 at 12:30 PM. Putting the Unity in Community: Fleetwood Bank, a proud sponsor of the Berks Fiddle Fest, is selling raffle tickets on the organization’s behalf!

🎸 Two raffle winners will receive an Orangewood Parlor size guitar, both of which were kindly donated by Richmond Street Music Lessons in Fleetwood.

🎟️ Tickets are being sold at participating Fleetwood Bank locations for $5 for one ticket or $20 for five tickets. Buy one (or multiple) to support the Friends of Fleetwood Parks.

📅 Winners will be picked at the end of the Berks Fiddle Fest on Sunday, September 20 at the Fleetwood Park. You need not be present to win.
