If I’m not at the office, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll find me checking on my plants, enjoying everything fall, or finding a way to help someone out. ❤️

I love the simple things—cooler mornings, fall colors, adding just one more plant to the collection (because apparently there’s always room for one more 😂), and being part of a community where people look out for each other.

Helping others is genuinely one of my favorite things, whether it’s through my work or simply being there when someone needs a hand.

I reviewed a Home policy for a potential client and they have a newer 2024 metal roof. When reviewing the coverage I noticed they have depreciation/actual cash value. This is a very big gap in coverage. I explained the differences and why they should have “Replacement” cost coverage. They were shocked. 😳

Did I save them money? No, but for a few dollars more per month I secured the adequate coverage for their roof. Also, I added water coverage which was basically non-existent on current policy.

Point of my story is it’s ALWAYS a good idea to trust an Insurance Agent who explains your coverage and reviews your policy.
