Lisa Machina brings a unique blend of science, creativity, and real-world experience to real estate. With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Forestry from Northern Arizona University, along with years spent working as a research botanist, she offers clients a thoughtful perspective when evaluating land, natural surroundings, and property potential throughout Northern Arizona.
In addition to her background in ecology and writing, Lisa has over 23 years of personal real estate investing experience and a true passion for studying real estate markets. She enjoys helping clients look beyond the surface—whether assessing native plants and water flow on a property, envisioning remodel possibilities, or finding the right investment opportunity.
