Sorry to report no monies were recovered from Michael Higdon or his company and no one else was held accountable. A paper trail that was easy to follow also did not exist.

So many elderly people lost their retirement funds and some lost almost all of it.

Unfortunately the Flagstaff police have not accomplished any recovery of any of the funds Higdon stole. Many elderly lost their life savings after Higdon artfully conned them with various lies, mainly that his safe was safer than their home and his savvy investment knowledge was better and safer than them trying to invest on their own. So sad that this con man got away with stealing at least one million dollars. Where is the money?

Most likely Higdon gave some of the stolen bullion to his girlfriend Joan Zimmerman, bare minimum she was his book keeper and she knew what was happening, what about his three adult children, did he mail them gold coins when he knew he was dying? One million plus dollars doesn't just disappear.

If you have been defrauded you can call the Flagstaff police department. They hauled all the records out of girlfriend Joan Zimmermann's house a few days ago.

Stealing retirement money from elderly women. Hee hee its all okay Higdon is dying from cancer and is judgment proof. The question is what did he do with everyone's money?
