I may be a little biased… but Flagstaff is pretty hard to beat. 😉

Four seasons, endless trails, plenty of room to get outside, and a community that still feels like a community. It’s the kind of place where you run into people you know, weekends are made for being outside, and there’s always something new to explore.

Is it perfect? Of course not. But for a lot of families, it checks a whole lot of boxes.

A few reminders I think more buyers need to hear: you may not need 20% down, your buying power can change, and getting prequalified doesn’t mean you’re committing to buy tomorrow.

You also don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Some of the BEST homebuying plans start with a conversation long before the house hunt does.

I’m a Northern Arizona native, wife of 24 years, mom to one daughter, dog lover, golfer, traveler, and always up for finding a great place to eat.

My daughter Payton recently started an exciting chapter of her own at Northern Arizona University studying Hotel & Restaurant Management—which means my husband and I are officially empty nesters! As bittersweet as that is, we’re also excited for what this next season looks like for us… hopefully with a lot more golf and a few more stamps in our passports.

Northern Arizona has always been home to me, and I think that’s a big part of why I love what I do. I get to help people navigate one of the biggest decisions they’ll make and find a place that feels like home to them, too. 🏡

Timing is the reason most move-up buyers hesitate. It is also one of the most solvable problems in the transaction when a lender knows what they are doing.

We work with agents regularly to structure loans that give clients flexibility on both the buy and sell side. That means cleaner offers, fewer contingencies, and transactions that do not fall apart because the calendar did not cooperate.
