NO SLOW POKES HERE!! We get you to the closing table ON TIME!
Someone who will SEARCH for a solution if a problem arises and will Jump thru Hoops to help you if needed and has the ability and WILLINGNESS to think outside the box and NOT GIVE UP! BECAUSE YOU MATTER!
EASE .... Getting a Mortgage SHOULD NOT be a Headache! Or Take your vacation time! Not when you can sign documents with the click of a mouse on your home computer or with the touch of your finger on Stearns VERY USER FRIENDLY Digital APP! It’s 2020 my Friends...Things can and SHOULD be So EASY!!
Someone who doesn’t EVER make you feel like You are bothering them! OR you are asking too many questions!
Someone who will take the time to help you with any credit issues ..... explain things.... help with a plan .... and not just tell you no if your credit isn’t ready. I have seen hundreds and hundreds of people over the years go from no to YES over a SHORT period of time! *** and oh how exciting it is to switch from being your cheerleader while your working on your credit to your loan officer and watch you become a HOMEOWNER !!
BOTTOM LINE....... EVERYONE’S situation is DIFFERENT and acquiring a mortgage in todays market REQUIRES product knowledge, EXPERIENCE , AND underwriting KNOW HOW!!! (THIS IS SO IMPORTANT!)
