Central Indiana has been home for me for over 25 years. I hold a master's degree from the IU Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and a bachelor’s degree in economics, with a finance major from Marien Ngouabi University in the Congo. I served as a volunteer for many organizations. Currently, I am a board member for New Hope of Indiana and Congo Helping Hands. My American Dream life story has been featured in the book "New Faces at the Crossroads" and in the recent BBC documentary "Miriam's Great American Adventure."
