With numerous additions and renovations, this facility served the needs of the community very nicely over the years. In the late 1990s, due to steady growth and the loyalty of our many clients, the board realized it was time to make another investment in the community. On September 25, 2000, FNB opened for business in a new 4000 sq. facility at 102 E Division, Fisher, IL. Two years later on Octobe

r 7, 2002, we opened our first branch inside a convenience store at 1005 Purnell Drive, Mahomet, IL. We quickly outgrew that space and opened our full-service facility located at 1501 E. Our newest branch opened in August 2021 located at 3105 S Staley Rd. in Champaign. We are thrilled to begin serving the Champaign community. Since our inception, we have provided our community with the financial resources to grow and thrive. Being a community bank, we have the ability to be very responsive to our clients. Loan decisions are made right here and are made promptly. The officers and staff are not just employees, but are leaders of the communities we serve and demonstrate this regularly with their involvement and participation in numerous organizations and boards. Currently, we have staff serving on the volunteer fire department, church boards, Lions Club, Athletic Booster Club, as Sunday School teachers, Little League coaches, and other local community service organizations and positions. We are 100% focused on you and the community and look forward to serving you well!

We were thrilled to partner with United Way of Champaign County as an early collection site for WCIA 3 News annual diaper drive! 💙🍼

Thanks to the generosity of our staff — along with support from a few wonderful community members — we collected more than 3,000 diapers to help support local babies and families.

We’re especially proud of the many ways our staff showed generosity throughout this drive. Whether they purchased diapers, contributed financially toward group purchases, or shared our efforts with others, every act of kindness made a difference.

Thank you to everyone who helped support this effort! We’re excited to see the final totals from WCIA’s backlot collection! 🎉

It was a busy (and fun!) weekend for our team at Balloons Over Vermilion! You could find us working in the beverage tent, handing out water during the 5K, and enjoying the drone show. 🎈

While the weather didn’t cooperate, we’re thankful to everyone who still came out in support of a great cause.

We leaned into our Happy Gilmore theme this season including a hockey stick putting challenge, plus plenty of snacks and swag. 👀 There’s more to come on this one—we didn’t capture everything. We love a good theme 🏒⛳🐊

As part of our 70th Anniversary, we’re working toward 70 Acts of Service in 2026—going above and beyond in the communities we serve.

Here’s a look at what our teams accomplished this month:
💛 Act #22: Sweet Sendoff
Our Mahomet team served ice cream at All God's Children Preschool to celebrate the last week of school.

💛 Act #23: Playground Reset
Our Danville team, along with a community volunteer, helped remove an old playground at Crosspoint Human Services Early Learning Center, making way for a safer, updated space for local in the program.

💛 Act #24: I Spy Summer
We proudly sponsored 'I Spy Summer' at the Mahomet Public Library and joined in to volunteer at the event!

💛 Act #25: Give Life
Our Catlin branch hosted an ImpactLife blood drive, with team members stepping up to donate and support patients in need.

💛 Act #26: Celebrating Moms
Our Champaign team put together flowers and gift cards to celebrate local moms at CU Church's YoungLives Club in honor of Mother’s Day.

💛 Act #27: Honor & Remember
Our Champaign crew placed flags at Roselawn Cemetery to honor those who served.

💛 Act #28: Spreading Positivity
Our Fisher team wrote uplifting sidewalk messages around the branch to brighten the day for everyone passing by.

We’re proud to support the continued growth of Fisher. 🌱

The Centennial Acres subdivision is officially moving forward, bringing new housing opportunities and continuing to meet the needs of our local community.

At Fisher National Bank, supporting projects like this is one way we live out our mission of providing the financial resources our communities need to grow.

We were proud to capture this moment alongside the Hortin family, Boward Brothers Farm & Excavating LLC - Kirk Demolition. , the mayor of Fisher, and Village of Fisher trustees to commemorate such an exciting milestone for our community. We’re grateful to be part of it.

We look forward to seeing this development take shape and to continuing our commitment to the places we call home.
