Thank you to everyone who stopped by to visit me at the Home Expo last weekend! I truly enjoyed getting to talk with so many of you—and Nova Rose loved all the extra attention (and treats) just as much.

For those who weren’t able to make it, I asked a simple question at the bottom of the raffle tickets: “𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘦?”
Here at Farm Bureau, our motto is 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭. Having grown up in this community, I have my own thoughts about what that means—but I wanted to hear directly from you.

Here are a few of the answers that stood out:

• “It’s our forever home”
• My dogs

And the one that resonated with me the most: 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐭.

*Executive Comfort Management: Oversees all throne‑based relaxation activities, ensuring her blankie remains perfectly fluffed and positioned for optimal napping efficiency.

Whether she’s sprinting after her favorite toy, offering polite (and persistent) reminders that snacks exist, or ruling the office from her throne with regal grace, Nova brings a kind of magic no human employee could ever match.

I’ve spent the past two years in the insurance industry with a strong focus on farm and commercial coverage, building my work around relationships and trust. As someone who was born and raised in this community, giving back and serving the people here means a great deal to me. I believe the best insurance solutions come from open communication and truly understanding what works best for each client. My priority is making sure clients feel cared for, supported, and secure. When I’m not working, you’ll find me reading, playing games with my fiancé, or hanging out with my two rescue dogs.
