For nearly 8 years, Kortnee has been a dedicated member of the MWRBank family. Her commitment, leadership, and willingness to support those around her make a lasting impact every single day.

When asked what she loves most about working here, Kortnee shared:

Christian serves as the Assistant Retail Manager at our Sunset Hills Branch and has been a valued member of the MWRBank team for nearly two years. During his time with us, he has helped foster a positive and supportive work environment alongside his colleagues, contributing to the strong team culture we strive to maintain. In addition to his dedication at the bank, Christian is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Missouri Baptist University and is on track to graduate in the summer of 2027. Congratulations to our May Employee of the Month, Adele Hayes!

Adele is a Teller at our Festus branch and will celebrate her one-year anniversary with Midwest Regional Bank in June!

“My coworkers make each day something to look forward to. I’m grateful to be part of such a supportive team at Midwest Regional Bank.”

Adele currently attends Maryville University and plans to graduate in May 2027. In her free time, she enjoys going to the lake and spending time with friends and family.

Rich has been a valued part of Midwest Regional Bank since February 2022, serving as our IT Coordinator. Over the past four years, he has played a key role in keeping our technology running smoothly and supporting our team so they can stay connected and productive.

Rich is known for his willingness to help others and his dedication to the team—qualities that truly make a difference every day. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 27 years, their family, and cheering on his favorite teams at baseball, hockey, and football games.
