Congratulations to our May Employee of the Month, Adele Hayes!

Adele is a Teller at our Festus branch and will celebrate her one-year anniversary with Midwest Regional Bank in June!

Adele currently attends Maryville University and plans to graduate in May 2027. In her free time, she enjoys going to the lake and spending time with friends and family.

Congratulations to our 2025 Employee of the Year, Anthony Reed! Anthony serves as Vice President, SBA Loan Processor and has been a valued member of Midwest Regional Bank for 6.5 years.

He says the best part of his role is getting to see each SBA deal from start to finish. Every transaction brings its own challenges, often requiring quick thinking and creativity—something he truly enjoys. He also credits the incredible teamwork across SBA, Credit/Underwriting, Conventional Lending, and our Loan Officers for helping shape his success. “You’re only as good as the team, and I’ve received plenty of help along the way,” he shared.

Outside the office, Anthony enjoys working out, keeping up with sports, and spending time with his Sheltie—known around his home as a “Mini Lassie.” Although he’s moved away from Chicago, he remains a loyal Bears and White Sox fan.

On being named Employee of the Year, he says:
“I am humbled to be selected. To even be in consideration with so many impactful employees across the Bank is something I did not see coming. I pride myself on being a resource to our stakeholders and will continue to be that. Thank you to everyone involved—I look forward to continuing this journey and growth with the Bank.”
