Maria is an Assistant Vice President – Loan Admin and has been part of the Midwest Regional Bank family for 6 years. She says she’s grateful for the opportunity to work alongside so many fabulous people and is proud to be part of the Loan Admin team.

With an incredible 40 years in banking, Maria brings a wealth of experience to her role. She spent her first 12 years on the deposit side before making the move to the lending side in 1996 — where she’s been ever since!

We’re so thankful for Maria’s dedication, experience and the heart she brings to our team. Congratulations, Maria!

For nearly 8 years, Kortnee has been a dedicated member of the MWRBank family. Her commitment, leadership, and willingness to support those around her make a lasting impact every single day.

When asked what she loves most about working here, Kortnee shared:
“My coworkers are like a family to me. They stand by me no matter what and are there when I need them. They’re always the first to jump in with help or support.”

Congratulations to our June Employee of the Month, Christian Willis! Christian serves as the Assistant Retail Manager at our Sunset Hills Branch and has been a valued member of the MWRBank team for nearly two years. During his time with us, he has helped foster a positive and supportive work environment alongside his colleagues, contributing to the strong team culture we strive to maintain. In addition to his dedication at the bank, Christian is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Missouri Baptist University and is on track to graduate in the summer of 2027. Congratulations to our May Employee of the Month, Adele Hayes!

Adele is a Teller at our Festus branch and will celebrate her one-year anniversary with Midwest Regional Bank in June!

“My coworkers make each day something to look forward to. I’m grateful to be part of such a supportive team at Midwest Regional Bank.”

Adele currently attends Maryville University and plans to graduate in May 2027. In her free time, she enjoys going to the lake and spending time with friends and family.
