I lived in lower Manhattan area for 8 years after graduating college. I was in the 1st grade and oblivious when this all happened, but the memories of the moment/aftermath are front of mind always.

Spending hundreds of hours running around the area those years was a great reminder of how easy it is to get caught up in the day to day details and deadlines that seem overly important in the moment, but really aren’t in the slightest. Think about how many people could have “skipped” work that day that day and survived…

Today is always a reminder for me to not get lost in the sauce of seemingly important things. Prioritize and don’t work too hard.

Work to live vs live to work. Remember who and why we do everything for 🇺🇸

A little while ago, Fernando met Linda with Crow Jewelers, Inc. at a Nassau County Chamber of Commerce networking event. A conversation turned into a connection…and that connection turned into a partnership. 💍🤝

In honor of National Financial Awareness Day, I’m taking a little trip down memory lane.

Those experiences gave me a firsthand look at the world of finance, investing, business, and what it really takes to build long-term wealth.
