MARTKET UPDATE:
BLS Jobs Report came out today. On the surface, we see more jobs which should indicate more goods & services, right? Well, with Q2 GDP in decline it means that we are working more for less production. This is a sign that inflation is not getting wrangled in yet... which mortgage rates do not like. Remember- FED rate hikes do not directly impact mortgage rates, they are however influenced by inflation (and actions & evidence that impacts it both negatively & positively).
