After selling 3 lots to three different buyers from three different states in three days in early July, we just sold 2 more lots in one day to a buyer from Tampa and a buyer from Amelia Island. Only Lot #15 is still available and is priced at $155,000 - that's a $30,000 savings when compared to the next cheapest ocean-view lot on the island.
