🎉 Today, Rural Mutual Insurance celebrates 92 years of protecting Wisconsin! 🎉

Our story began in 1934 when affordable auto insurance wasn't readily available for Wisconsin farmers. Seeing a need, members of the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation voted to establish an insurance company dedicated to serving Wisconsin.

92 years later, that mission is still at the heart of everything we do.

Along the way, we’re proud to have earned some incredible achievements:
⭐ Wisconsin's #1 Farm Insurer
⭐ Wisconsin's #4 Commercial Insurer
⭐ Rated A+ (Superior) by A.M. Best for 9 consecutive years
⭐ 17 years as a Ward's Top 50 insurer
⭐ Named one of Madison's Best Places to Work 10 times

These achievements – and this milestone – are possible because of the trust and support of our policyholders, agents, employees, and community partners. From all of us at Rural Mutual, thank you for allowing us to protect what matters most for the past 92 years!
