Usually, he’s the guy behind the post. Today, we’re putting him in it.
If you’ve followed Northwest Payment Brokers for any amount of time, you’ve seen Mr. Smith’s work — even if you didn’t know it.
The graphics. The social posts. The campaigns. The cold calls. The ideas that start with “Okay, hear me out…” and somehow turn into something we actually use.
This Sunday, the guy behind a lot of what you see from NWPB officially turns 46.
And while we could make the obligatory joke about him now being closer to 50 than 40, we’ll give him the day off. Mostly.
What we really want to say is thank you.
Thank you for the creativity, the persistence, the willingness to pick up the phone, the ideas, the questionable ideas, and the genuine care you put into telling our story and supporting the people around this company.

Some teams work together. This team knows how to have fun together, too.

We traded the office for Topgolf, brought a little friendly competition into the mix, shared plenty of laughs, and were reminded just how much fun this group is when we get the chance to step away from the day-to-day and simply enjoy being a team.

A huge thank you to Amy for guiding this crew, bringing everyone together, and creating opportunities like this to strengthen the relationships behind the work we do every day.

This Fourth of July, our nation celebrates a remarkable milestone—250 years since a courageous group of individuals declared that liberty was worth pursuing, even at great personal cost.

Their bravery wasn’t rooted in certainty. It was rooted in hope.

Hope that future generations would have the freedom to worship, to speak, to build, to create, to serve, and to pursue lives filled with purpose and opportunity.

For 250 years, that spirit has lived on in everyday Americans. In the small business owner who opens the doors before sunrise. In the family working together toward a better tomorrow. In the neighbor who lends a hand. In the dreamer willing to take a chance on an idea that could change a life.

As our nation celebrates 250 years of independence, we pause to reflect on the courage, sacrifice, and vision of those who believed in the promise of freedom.

Their willingness to dream beyond what was, and work toward what could be, continues to inspire generations of Americans to build, serve, create, and pursue opportunities for their families and communities.

In observance of Independence Day, Northwest Payment Brokers will be closed Friday, July 3, and will reopen Monday, July 6.

While our office will be closed, our on-call and after-hours team will remain available for urgent needs.

We wish you and your loved ones a safe, meaningful, and memorable Fourth of July as we honor the past, celebrate the present, and look forward with hope to the future.

Happy Father’s Day

Today, we pause to honor the men who show up.

The fathers who rise before the sun and return home long after the day is done. The dads who carry the weight of responsibility quietly, often without recognition, because providing, protecting, and loving their families is simply who they are.

We celebrate the fathers building businesses, leading teams, fixing problems, coaching ball games, helping with homework, attending recitals, offering advice, and sometimes just sitting quietly beside those who need them most.

Fatherhood is not measured by perfection. It is measured by presence.

It’s found in the early mornings, the long workdays, the sacrifices no one sees, the lessons taught by example, and the steady hand that guides a family through life’s challenges.

To every father, stepfather, grandfather, mentor, and father figure—thank you.
