My team just helped a LOAN OFFICER from a brokerage close on her personal home and we got it done in less than 2 weeks!

She was told right at closing date that her company (the one she works for) wouldn’t approve her loan after all….

She found me online, gave me a call, completed app and sent docs same day. The same day we had disclosures out, hoi requested, title ordered and appraisal transfer requested and file sent to underwriting.

Sometimes a NO isn’t really a NO and you need another set of eyes and a team willing to put in the hard work and go the extra mile

If you want a lender that is always on your side, that will fight for you and make sure you get to that closing table give me a 📱

Welp, Mortgage rates are still higher than everyone hoped for… and honestly, they may stay that way for a while.

But here’s the thing — life doesn’t pause while we wait on the “perfect” rate.

People are still getting married.
Families are growing.
Jobs are changing.
Military families are getting orders.
And rent is still expensive.

I’m seeing more buyers realize that waiting forever for rates to magically fall into the 5’s may mean missing out on time, opportunities, and building equity.

If buying a home makes sense for your life and your budget now, it can still be the right move. And if rates improve later? We refinance.

The goal isn’t timing the market perfectly. The goal is helping you get into a home you love with a payment you feel comfortable with. 🏡✨

Today we closed a loan we didn’t even know would make it to the closing table! Yes you heard that right. This client started out great but then things kept popping up as we received documents needed for a down payment assistance program. We didn’t give up. The client was determined. She did every single thing we asked of her. We all fought hard for her to become a first time home buyer and today she closed on a new townhome in the Raleigh area and on her birthday 🎉 These are the moments that make every struggle worthwhile
