Heads up! Brutal cold is rolling in this weekend. We’re talking dangerously low temps that can freeze & burst pipes FAST, leading to major water damage in your home.

Here are some tips to help you stay safe:
Keep thermostat ≥55°F (steady temp is key!)
Drip faucets (slow trickle on hot & cold)
Open under-sink cabinet doors
Insulate exposed pipes if you can
Drain & shut off outdoor hoses/spigots

If pipes freeze anyway: Turn off main water, open faucets, call a plumber right away. Stay warm & safe out there! - B&B
