Another VA clear-to-close victory! 🙌🏾

This loan was not easy. The borrower had two late payments less than 12 months, 60% debt ratio, multiple job changes over the past 2 years, the file required a manual underwriting review, and overtime income was initially not being given full credit.

But I kept pushing, provided the documentation needed, addressed the employment history, and advocated for the full story behind the income.

Result: APPROVED. ✅
