The COR Team joined thousands of volunteers who are making a difference for nonprofits and community organizations today by participating in the United Way of Central New York’s 2026 Day of Caring.

Our team spent the morning at the Hal Welsh East Area Family YMCA (YMCA of Central New York) tackling painting projects throughout the branch to help refresh the spaces that welcome members, families and program participants every day.

The outparcel is located within Erwin Center, a retail destination located at the intersection of Canada Road and Robert Dann Drive in the Finger Lakes region. The approximately 36,000-square-foot retail center is shadow-anchored by a Walmart Supercenter and features a strong mix of national retailers, serving both the local community and the area's significant tourism traffic.

The transaction was led by Michael Vavonese, Director of Leasing at COR.

Construction Update: Progress continues on the redevelopment of the former 67,000-square-foot Price Chopper at COR Center - Clay NY into a new multi-tenant shopping destination featuring four well-known national retailers— Ross Dress for Less, Sierra, Boot Barn , and Five Below.

Interior demolition is now complete, exterior demolition is nearing completion, and exterior site work has begun. Construction of the new storefronts is progressing, while interior buildouts for Five Below and Boot Barn are in progress. Installation of the new roofing system is underway, with rooftop HVAC units being set this week.
