4.5 star review received on Experience.com for Melissa Mckinney by Rose D - My interactions with Melissa were great! Melissa was responsive, support, very professional, and offered to provide assistance if we needed it. Guild would have received a higher score but my interactions with Chrissy were not as positive. Failure to communicate in a timely fashion, poor communication, and she gave me the feeling that she really was not very good at her job. For example, I called her to further explain the letter from the Board chair. When interacting with my employer to verify information, she contacted the wrong HR department. When she did contact the library HR, she lacked clarity and they had to send her information back and forth. When trying to get the Independent clarification from the Credit Union, when the company was unsuccessful, I felt under pressure to get the information because we were on the last day.
