Some called me about an email regarding their BlueCross Medicare Supplement auto payment being cancelled … Blue Cross says that should get fixed in the coming days and you shouldn’t have to call and add payment information. If you haven’t seen the normal correct amount drafted by the middle of the month give them a holler. You might hear something about Bank Of America when you call BlueCross, that’s because that’s who the use for these payments. There were 3 hour hold times today 😬
