We’re excited to welcome Peyton as our Office Manager here at Shelter Insurance – Ashley Tuttle Agency!

Born and raised right here in Northwest Arkansas, Peyton is a proud graduate of the University of Arkansas, where he earned a degree in Accounting and a minor in Finance. He brings a wealth of experience from managing his own family's small business as well as several others throughout the area.

When he's not keeping things running smoothly at the office, Peyton is leading tabletop gaming teams to a competitive level across the region—bringing strategy, leadership, and teamwork to everything he does. 🎲

Logan first joined our agency as an intern back in February 2023. Since then, he has proven himself to be one of the most dedicated and driven professionals we’ve had the pleasure of working with.

He recently graduated from the University of Arkansas in May 2025 with a degree in Business, and also celebrated a major personal milestone — marrying his longtime partner, Kerri! 💍🐗

Now stepping into his role as a licensed sales agent, Logan is passionate about helping others protect what matters most and is ready to connect, serve, and make things happen! To Our Valued Customers in Springdale and Surrounding Areas,

Recent storms have impacted many families in our area, and with the potential for more severe weather, we want to share an important message to help protect you and your home during this time.

Please use caution when dealing with contractors. After a storm, it’s common for out-of-town companies to show up offering quick fixes and high-pressure sales tactics. Do not sign any contracts on the spot, especially if you're feeling rushed or unsure.

Instead, work with local, reputable companies—people who live here, support our community, and will still be here when the job is done.

Be especially wary of companies making bold promises like:

“We’ll fight your insurance company for you.”
“You won’t pay anything out of pocket.”

These are red flags. That’s not how the insurance and rebuilding process truly works. Local contractors understand the process and have your best interests in mind. They’ve built trust here, and they’re committed to helping their neighbors—not just making a quick profit.

Sadly, there are always those who try to take advantage during times like this. Trust your instincts. If something doesn’t feel right, take a step back. Get a second opinion, or reach out for help.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Accounts Manager to oversee client relationships and account servicing within our growing insurance agency. This position is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who excels in client engagement. As Accounts Manager, you will support sales initiatives, lead customer service, and maintain high service standards across our book of business. As the agency grows, this role offers substantial opportunities for advancement and increased compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the agency, ensuring streamlined processes and superior client service.
Manage and support office staff.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and high-touch service.
Assist in writing, quoting, and servicing insurance policies across Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines.
Support producers in managing leads, onboarding new clients, and retaining existing accounts.
Maintain accurate records of policies, client communications, and agency metrics using management systems.
Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to process applications, endorsements, and claims efficiently.
Contribute to strategic planning and business development efforts to drive agency growth.
Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty license required; Life & Health license preferred (or must be obtained within 12 months).
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
1–5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with prior account management/Customer service experience.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance agency management systems.
A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence in service and operations.

A recent graduate of the University of Arkansas, Gavin earned a degree in Finance with a minor in Business Analytics. Throughout college, he gained valuable hands-on experience through internships in financial analysis, business development, financial advising, and sales. ⭐️
