🚨 Scam Alert: Fraudsters can make a phone call appear to come from SouthEast Bank, even when it does not. Never rely on caller ID alone to verify who is calling. Remember these tips to help you identify who's REALLY calling.

SouthEast Bank will never call and ask you to:

• Share, enter, or confirm your debit card PIN for any reason
• Confirm your online banking password
• Share a one-time security code, authentication code, or multi-factor authentication (MFA) code sent to your phone or email
• Move money to another account to "protect" or "secure" your funds
• Download software to your phone or computer
• Provide your full debit card number during an unsolicited call or text
• Provide sensitive account information during an unsolicited call or text message

If you receive an unsolicited phone call or text from someone claiming to work for us:

✅ If anyone asks for your PIN, password, or a one-time security code, hang up immediately and call SouthEast Bank using the number on the back of your debit card or from our official website.

✅ Hang up or delete the message promptly, as soon as something feels off

✅ Call us directly, using the number on the back of your debit card or listed on our official website

✅ Report suspicious calls or text messages to us by calling our Customer Care line or visiting our local branch

Your vigilance not only helps protect your own information, but can also help other customers who may be targeted in a similar scam.
