It was an honor to celebrate The 250th Birthday of The United States Marine Corps on November 1st at Charley's with our esteemed military brethren and their guests. Thank you to all who joined us and to those who serve and have served our great country. Make plans to join us next year on the first Saturday of November.

A quarter of a millennium!

The United States Marine Corps turns 250 years old on November 10, 2025.

To celebrate, the local Marine Corps group known as the Farmville Jarheads is hosting this area's Marine Corps Birthday Celebration on Saturday, November 1, 6:00 p.m., at Charley's Waterfront Cafe and Wine Bar in Farmville.

All Marines and their Guests are invited!
Also invited are friends and family of Marines.
Also invited are members of the public who are patriotic and respect the armed services.

The cost is $35 per person and checks or money orders made payable to "Farmville Jarheads" and may be mailed to P.O. Box 789, Farmville VA 23901.

Payment must be received to be registered. There is no "day of" payment unless pre-approved.

Our next quarterly gathering is Saturday. FEB 8. 6:00 P.M., at Charley's Waterfront Cafe restaurant in Farmville, in their private back room.

No speaker or program this time. Just fun, food, and fellowship. Guests are welcome.

This is a casual, Dutch Treat event. As always, the wearing of USMC shirts, hats, etc., strongly encouraged.
