ANOTHER REAL ESTATE DEAL HAS COME UP HERE IN CONNECTICUT! Closing Jan 16th. Looking for a $20k loan and I WILL PAY YOU 15% ANNUAL INTEREST ON IT or $250/month and the term would be 6 months. I will also include a minimum $1,000 of Interest even if we close sooner than 4 months! 1 Page Contract. WHY are you keeping your money in that bank earning 1/2% Per YEAR when you can make more money in 1 month with Sanford REI than you can with your bank ALL YEAR!!???1st Person who grabs it, gets it! 15% INTEREST WITH A $1,000 MINIMUM!!!

Just closed on another flip at an East Hampton CT Condo with Lake Rights! Squeezed over $200k for it but I have to tell you - it was the WORST real estate transaction EVER!!! In starting my 17th year in real estate, I have NEVER, and I mean NEVER dealt with a worse real estate agent, broker or lawyer ALL in 1 deal! These 3 were so bad, that I am planning on doing a You Tube video on it or put together an hour presentation on "What NOT To Do In a Real Estate Transaction!" Even if you don't go with me, please do yourself a favor and AVOID Linda Conchado or Matt Miale of the Miale Team! Now add the absolute worst real estate lawyer in Keith Hathaway of Gambardella, Cipriano's office and you have a Trifecta of incompetence, complete unresponsiveness, breaching of contract, allowed others into my property with their own Suprakey without my direct approval, can't even complete an Extension of Time without errors and multiple tries at it, outright lying, making up claims and when called on it, unable to show written proof, missed important dates, refused to answer pertinent questions, allowed an inspector to do damage to the condo, prolonged the closing multiple times for no legitimate reason and even didn't know the closing date after their own colleague actually scheduled it! EVEN WORSE, they put their anger towards me for holding them accountable OVER their own clients' best interest! Horrrrrrible! PLEASE, if you are crazy enough not to go with me on your next real estate deal, no problem BUT choose ANYBODY except these 3 to help you with buying or selling a property! A friggin monkey at Beardsley Park would do a better job for you and do it without an attitude!

85 North Main Street, Unit 113, East Hampton, CT 06424 is a condo not currently listed. This is a 2-bed, 1.5-bath, 844 sqft property.

REAL ESTATE AGENTS or BROKERS! Looking for a licensed agent who can check once or twice on a condo in East Hampton while we are away in London and Italy. The agents I know well are all along the coast or in the Naugatuck valley and at least an hour away. I have cameras there but they dont show everything and just today, after 3 separate showings, a light was left on, a ceiling fan was left on, a bifold door was ripped off the track, the blinds were left up and the deadbolt was not locked. I gotta tell ya. Starting my 17th year in real estate. Some of the most irresponsible, lazy and dumb ass people on the planet. I am seeking an agent who could check everything like it was their own home. I can pay you or return the favor for you if you go on vacation in the next year. Let me know! I would greatly appreciate it!
