He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and helped make the dream of homeownership happen for me as a first-time buyer. He always treated me with respect, answered my questions, and worked hard to get everything across the finish line smoothly.
One thing I would encourage, not just for Zach but for the mortgage industry in general, is a little more communication and reassurance for first-time home buyers during the process. Buying a home is incredibly emotional and stressful when you’ve never done it before, and sometimes even a quick update or check-in can make a huge difference in easing anxiety.
That said, Zach was great to work with overall, and I’m extremely grateful for all the effort he put into helping me get my new home. I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.
