Even though he gained nothing by helping me rectify my issue he still was more productive and helpful than several others. I told my problem to Zach and he knew exactly what to do and got the problem taken care of in two days whereas others who definitely had a fiscal responsibility were of no help. Zach advocated when he really didn’t have to. Zach responds well and fast and I appreciate what he did!!
