As fall begins across the community 🌵🍁 we welcome new opportunities!

Hey Neighbors!
Remember Flood is NOT covered on your typical homeowners insurance policy. If you are concerned after witnessing the chaos from last weeks storms please go take advantage of this!

SANDBAGS AVAILABLE!

After last week's heavy rain and flooding, we know how important it is to keep our community protected. With more rain potential in the forecast, sandbags are available to help keep your home safe and dry.

You can pick them up in the blue dispensers behind the Farmington Recreation Center (1101 Fairgrounds Rd). They are first-come, first-served—please take what you need to protect your property and leave enough for your neighbors! 🤝

NOTE: Please bring your own shovel or scoop.

We genuinely love what we do — and that means actually taking the time to explain your coverage, answer your questions, and make sure you feel confident about your policy. No assumptions, no rushing through it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Shoutout to Micaela for making such a lasting impression! This is exactly the kind of service we show up every day to provide.
