We're excited to announce a new partnership with Subatomic as we continue to invest in the future of our firm.

As Kevin Leahy shared, "With a mission to turn life's aspirations into reality for our clients and team, we must continually evolve."

This partnership is about more than technology. It's about creating efficiencies that support our teammates and give them more time to focus on serving clients, strengthening relationships, and delivering the high-touch experience that has always been central to who we are.

The future of our profession was on full display last Thursday.

We kicked off Year 2 of the Connecticut Wealth Management Cohort in partnership with the UConn School of Business, and the energy in the room was incredible. The turnout exceeded expectations, with students eager to learn more about the wealth management industry, connect with professionals, and explore potential career paths.

We were also excited to hear the announcement that UConn will be offering an in-person financial planning course, further expanding opportunities for students interested in the profession.

Developing the next generation of advisors takes collaboration, education, and mentorship. We're proud to be part of that effort and excited to see what this year's cohort accomplishes!

A trust is only the beginning. What happens next matters, too.

As CTWM continues to expand our trust services offering, we're having more conversations with clients about the role trust administration can play after a trust is established.

Thank you to the Hartford Business Journal for the opportunity to share our perspective.

Earlier this week, business owners joined us for our latest In Good Company event featuring revenue growth advisor Nate Wolfson.

Nate's discussion explored how proactive communication, stronger client relationships, and consistent outreach can help businesses uncover new opportunities and build momentum over time.

One theme resonated throughout the evening: growth rarely comes from a single breakthrough. More often, it's the result of consistently reaching out and uncovering opportunities that might otherwise go unnoticed.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We look forward to continuing the conversation at our next In Good Company event!
