It has been a busy few weeks for our team, as they visited with agents at the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Arizona Convention, the Keystone Agency Partners Elevate26 event, and the Big I New Hampshire Convention.

Recently, we enjoyed time with Ryan Towle of Davis & Towle Insurance Group as he received the The Insurance Library’s 2026 Insurance Professional of the Year award.

Several of our team also had the chance to connect and take part in the Independent Insurance Agents of Rhode Island Women's Summit.

Some lenders and carriers are offering 15-year terms to make transactions "feasible" due to the lower monthly payment. But the true cost of that decision goes far beyond the comfort of a lower payment.

For independent agencies that rely on reinvestment and deleveraging, the long-term risks should be considered.
