TBT to a night that turned into a whole chapter of my life. Four years ago at Jamie Foxx’s home in LA, I watched a true genius work the room—singing, cracking jokes, and dropping live impersonations of half of Hollywood like it was nothing.
In between the laughs, we went deep: talking India, spirituality, gratitude, and how faith is the real engine behind every wild dream that somehow comes true.
We took that same energy to Miami—mic in hand, bottle raised, friends shoulder‑to‑shoulder, celebrating life, second chances, and the kind of joy you can’t script.
Here’s to brothers who inspire you to think bigger, laugh louder, and stay rooted in spirit no matter how high you climb

Over 60 students filled the Kyyba Music studio tonight as creativity, poetry, and youth culture took center stage in Atlanta.

The Kyyba Music and a nonprofit dedicated to supporting education, youth development, and creative opportunities for young people, partnered with the student-led creator collective creATL to host creRHYTHM, a live spoken-word showcase highlighting the voices of the next generation.

The event brought together students from several Atlanta schools including Clark Atlanta University, Georgia State University, Spelman College, Morehouse College, and Tucker High School, creating a space where young artists could share their stories, culture, and perspectives through poetry.

More than 10 student poets performed live, delivering powerful spoken word in front of a crowd of over 60 students and creatives inside the Kyyba Music studio.

Featured performers included:
Zee (CAU)
Ozzie (GSU)
Alexandria (CAU)
Jae (GSU)
Symphany (CAU)
Desire (Independent)
Aaliyah (Spelman)
Morgan (Spelman)
John (THS)
Ayinde (Morehouse)

Through events like creRHYTHM, the Kyyba Music and Kyyba Kidz Foundation continues its mission to empower young people through education, community engagement, and creative expression, giving students real platforms to be heard.

Tonight proved one thing: Atlanta’s next generation of poets, creators, and storytellers is already here.

With great respect and reflection, I remember Rev. Jesse Jackson (1941–2026) — a man whose leadership helped move mountains for civil rights and humanity.

From marches to boardrooms, his impact echoed across generations. It was an honor to share space with him, and to witness the power of presence he carried.

His light, his voice, and his conviction remain with us.

What IndieFlix has built in Detroit isn’t just a film festival — it’s a creative movement.

From student filmmakers to seasoned storytellers, the energy at IndieFlix25 was a reminder that great work doesn’t always come from big budgets — it comes from big purpose.

Grateful to witness it firsthand. Hats off to the organizers for making this possible.

Grateful to share this moment with Tameka "Tiny" Harris during our Christmas Toy Drive at Kyyba Music – Atlanta 🎄🧸

Her impact extends far beyond music. She continues to show up for the community—especially for children and families—and having her support this drive truly meant a lot.

Moments like this are a reminder of why it’s important to build platforms rooted in purpose and giving back.

Community first. Always.
