Clerical Support Specialist
POM Recoveries, Inc. ® is a national leader in Receivables Management Industry.
Headquartered in Farmingdale, New York, POM has been providing hospitals and healthcare providers with compliant and exceptional billing and collection services since 1983.
POM is in need of an organized, self-motivated individual to work in our Client Services Department.
Overview:
The ideal Client Support Specialist will be able to function in a fast paced environment while maintaining a consistent level of professionalism at all times with clients, customers, and colleagues. You will work with various client systems and serve as a liaison between our clients and various departments.
Requirements:
High School Diploma, Degree Preferred
Must own vehicle as some travel to local clients is required (Post Covid)
Clerical Experience, Data Entry, Typing skills
Strong Customer Service Skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Word/Outlook is required
Strong Verbal & Communication Skills
Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to interface with client at their site
Ability to work Independently
Detail Orientated & Organized
Data Entry
Will Train
BENEFITS:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience
