We are so sorry for any inconvenience our system outage may cause. Our system is currently down and our phones are intermittently working not only in the agents office but throughout the company of State Farm which is causing us to be unable to access your accounts properly.

If you can't reach us by phone at 516-293-8684 you can send us a text message to 917-689-7668 with your name, phone number and reason for reaching out and we will get back to you as soon as possible! You can message us on Facebook as well but due to privacy reasons we wouldn't be able to provide much information through Facebook to you.

State Farm is working hard to get the systems back up and running and we appreciate your patience and understanding!

Our office will be back open to the public starting June 15th, 2020! To keep everyone safe we will require everyone inside the office to wear a mask including our staff. The mail slot is still available for payments and documentation if you don’t want to come inside. Either way we will be here to help so when you come in just knock for assistance as we will still have the door locked to keep the maximum number of customers inside to only 1-2. Thanks for all your patience and understanding during this time and we can’t wait to see you all again!

Hello Everyone!

Hope you are all well and staying safe!

We are in the process of reaching out to all our customers to review extra discounts within their policy, the payment plans available and any correspondence regarding COVID-19 that could effect your policy that State Farm has sent out information on via email and mail.

If you would like you can reach out to us directly to discuss these things either by phone or email or wait for us to give you a call!

We look forward to speaking with all of you! If you don't currently have a policy with us but have another company and have questions or want more information about State Farm policies please let us know we are still open and servicing our current policies while also saving new customers money by switching them over!
